Bernd Merkel supports us as a coach, communication expert and media trainer. As a longstanding Director of Studies at the Swiss School of Journalism and Communication (MAZ) and former journalist, his consulting methodology is based on a systemic solution-oriented approach, as it is taught at the Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP) In his work he uses tried and tested methods and techniques which help clients to master and find solutions in various change processes.
